The rotator cuff is made up of four muscles; the subscapularis, teres minor, supraspinatus, and infraspinatus that work together to assist the shoulder joint and arm movements.

Careful exercise can boost the specific muscles that haven’t been doing their job. Recovery through exercise can help improve strength, movement and reduce pain.
